Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial! You can host one free meeting with up to 10 users and ask up to 3 questions. This allows you to experience the core features of Timely Insights and see how it can enhance your meeting experience. Sign up today and start exploring our service.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To manage your subscription, visit your Account page. There you can cancel, renew, or change the billing details of your subscription at any time. Be aware, once you cancel your subscription, your monthly number of meetings will no longer reset at the beginning of each pay period.
What happens when my subscription ends?
When your subscription ends, you will still be able to use any of the remaining meetings you have left that month. Once you hit zero, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue to create new meetings.
How do I register?
Simply create an account and get started! All users are allowed one free meeting with 3 questions to try out the software, after that you will need to subscribe to one of out other plans in order to continue creating meetings.
How do I use AI during my meetings?
Using AI during your meetings with Heads Up Seven is easy and straightforward. Simply post a free response item and wait for answers from your participants. Once a question is closed, AI will decide on the most applicable way to analyze the responses, and then present the results and append them to the question. Additionally, you can click the Analyze button in the top right of any free response question to perform your own custom analysis. You can build a prompt to send to the AI from scratch or using our list of recommended presets. At the end of the meeting, you can download a comprehensive report, including all responses, AI analysis, and a comprehensive summary of main ideas brought up throughout the meeting.
